About KurePilot

A Different Perspective.

KurePilot was founded on a simple belief:

Every business has the potential to operate better.

Sometimes the greatest opportunities aren't found by working harder. They're found by looking at familiar problems through a different lens.

That's where we come in.

KurePilot partners with businesses to evaluate operations, identify inefficiencies, strengthen teams, and create systems that deliver measurable results.

While every industry has its own challenges, the principles behind operational excellence remain remarkably consistent: engaged people, intentional processes, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Our mission is to help businesses uncover what is holding them back, strengthen what already works, and create sustainable improvements that continue long after the engagement ends.

Why KurePilot?

We don't believe businesses need another generic, out-of-touch consultant.

We believe they need someone willing to ask better questions. Someone curious enough to understand why things are done a certain way. Someone who sees inefficiencies as opportunities. Someone who values people just as much as processes. Because lasting operational excellence isn't built by copying someone else's playbook.

It's built by understanding yours.

Meet the Founder

Hello, I’m Jakob, founder of KurePilot.

I've always been fascinated by one question:

Why do some businesses consistently thrive while others struggle?

That curiosity has shaped every step of my career.

I built my foundation in operations management with Chick-fil-A, where I progressed from Team Member to Operations Manager among several high-volume restaurants environment generating $30M in combined annual revenue. There, I learned that exceptional performance and stellar customer experiences aren't accidental. They're the result of disciplined operations, intentional leadership, and a culture that empowers people to succeed.

My perspective expanded while supporting Whole Foods Market's e-commerce solutions, where I saw firsthand how workflow design, communication, and cross-functional collaboration directly influence both employee effectiveness and customer satisfaction.

Today, I serve as a Process Consultant supporting Toyota dealerships, partnering with leadership teams to improve operational performance through process improvement, technology adoption, employee development, reporting, and customer experience. Every day, I help businesses identify opportunities, implement practical solutions, and build systems that create measurable results. Pulling reports daily and generating actionable feedback for leadership to execute on the process enhancements I design.

Although these experiences span different industries, they've all reinforced the same truth:

Successful businesses don't succeed by chance. They succeed when leaders understand what's happening inside their business. Visibility creates accountability, accountability drives improvement, and improvement delivers measurable results. So, lets take a look together.
